What you can look forward to

At ebm-papst, you will gain as many insights as possible into your dream job in a short period of time. You will get to know different departments, but also other trainees, students and experienced professionals and can exchange ideas with them. Basically, we offer you different internship variants, which are structured differently. You can find more information about this below in the information about the locations.

Our student internships and camps usually last one week.

By arrangement or during the Easter and Pentecost holidays

Our student internships are possible at any time by arrangement. The student camps at the Landshut site take place on two different dates each during the Easter and Whitsun holidays.

To the choice

4 different disciplines

At ebm-papst, depending on your location, you can get a taste of either commercial and/or industrial-technical job profiles. Individual locations also offer insights into IT or warehousing/logistics.

  • Intended as preparation for an apprenticeship or a dual study program in the following areas: commercial, industrial-technical, IT, warehousing/logistics
  • Building blocks: Relaxed onboarding, insights into the departments of your desired job, lunch together, final feedback round
  • Special feature: Free travel by company bus possible, free lunch in our company canteen

  • Type of offer: One-week student internship
  • Type of application: Application form (commercial or industrial-technical) via career website
  • Intended as preparation for an apprenticeship or dual study program in the following areas: commercial, industrial-technical, IT, warehouse/logistics
  • Building blocks: Relaxed onboarding, insights into the departments of your desired job, lunch together, final feedback round
  • Special feature: Free lunch in our company canteen

  • Type of offer: One-week school camp
  • Type of application: Application form (commercial or industrial-technical) via career website
  • Intended as preparation for the commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or the industrial-technical training as a mechatronics technician (/m/f/d) or electronics technician for devices and systems (m/f/d)
  • Commercial modules: company tour, experience reports from trainees, work in two different departments and much more.
  • Industrial-technical modules: working on a job-specific project, PLC programming, robotics course, company presentation and factory tour, parents' afternoon and much more.

  • Type of offer: One-week student internship

  • Intended as preparation for an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician, (m/f/d) electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d) or logistical training as a warehouse logistics specialist
  • Building blocks: Relaxed onboarding, insights into the departments of your desired job, joint lunches, final feedback round
  • Special feature: Free lunch

Intended as preparation for the industrial-technical training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or production mechanic (/m/f/d) or the commercial training as a warehouse logistics specialist or warehouse clerk (m/f/d)

Building blocks: Relaxed onboarding, insights into the departments of your desired job, joint lunches, final feedback round
