It's your turn! In your
Apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

You tell computer-controlled machines what to do.

The more tasks are taken over by machines, the more important it is to have skilled workers who can handle them. In this training, you will learn how to set up and operate computer-controlled machines and systems. But there's more. At ebm-papst, we are constantly developing new, intelligent and sustainable products for a better climate. Therefore, it will also be part of your tasks to convert our production machines so that our future innovations can be produced on them. In order to get to know the widest possible range of different technical systems, you will pass through various production areas during your training. In this context, you will also be constantly involved in the management of material flows and the important topic of quality assurance.
