Tasks
This is what you can expect:

In your dual study program "Bachelor of Science: Sustainable Management", you will pass through selected departments in which you can already implement theoretical study content in concrete sustainability projects. You will deal with environmental management, circular economy, corporate social responsibility, (CSR), sustainable financial management and ethical business conduct, among others. You will explore innovative technologies and strategies that can help promote sustainable practices in companies. In addition, you will develop project management skills to effectively plan and implement sustainable initiatives. Basically, it's your job to support companies in their sustainable cultural change.

Duration

3 years

During your three-year dual study program, you will switch back and forth between the university and ebm-papst every three months.

Training location

Mulfingen

Your practical training will take you to our headquarters in Mulfingen for three months per semester.

University location

Mosbach

You will study at the DHBW in Mosbach, where you will also get to know the students of other partner companies.

After your training:

After successfully completing your B.Sc. degree, you have the opportunity to follow up with a Master's degree program.
