Digital transformation, resource-saving automation, climate-neutral production: Would you like to complete a course of study by working on product and machine solutions for the latest challenges? You know that mechanics, electronics and computer science flow smoothly into each other and therefore want to combine skills from all three disciplines in a meaningful way? The Bachelor of Engineering: Mechatronics degree program allows you to do just that! During your internship at ebm-papst, you will work in development areas where you will be directly involved in the development of groundbreaking technologies for tomorrow's production as well as groundbreaking new developments for our customers. It doesn't get much more exciting than that!

Tasks
This is what you can expect:

During your B.Eng. studies in mechatronics, you will support us in leading ventilation technology into a new era. You will learn to understand and apply the technical disciplines of mechanics, electronics and IT in combination – always in intensive exchange with colleagues from different departments. Specifically, at ebm-papst you can make our ventilation technology fit for the future through the mechatronic integration of sensors and develop software that makes a difference. In addition, you will gain valuable knowledge of our production technologies and processes, which are crucial for the technically leading and economically viable realization of our products.

Duration

3 years

During your three-year dual study program, you will switch back and forth between the university and ebm-papst every three months.

Training location

Mulfingen

Your practical training will take you to our headquarters in Mulfingen for three months per semester.

University location

Mosbach

You will study at the DHBW in Mosbach, where you will also get to know the students of other partner companies.

After your training:

After successfully completing your B.Eng. studies, you have the opportunity to follow up with a Master's degree program.
