Everything under one roof.

When Paula met Gustavo Mosquera, Managing Director of ebm‑papst Argentina, at an English course in 2004, she was still in school. She becomes his assistant, works at ebm‑papst from then on and completes school and her business studies at the same time. Initially, she takes over customer support and marketing activities. Later, she keeps an eye on the figures in sales. While she still studies, she moves abroad, where she spends a semester in Steyr, Austria.

After graduating from university in Argentina, Paula came to Germany in 2012 to gain more work experience abroad. She becomes part of the Customer Service team in Mulfingen - initially for only one year. But it doesn't stay that way, because Paula finds the love of her life and she and her partner get married. A return to Argentina is no longer an option. And so in 2016, following a restructuring, Paula becomes a project manager in the Global Sales department. In her role in the Sales Organization and Structures team, she takes on central project tasks, works on process optimization in sales worldwide and drives forward the area of Social Selling.

Paula is now a mother of two - and has also taken another step forward in her career. As a Project Portfolio Manager in Customer Relation Management, she is committed to providing the best possible customer experience across the board. This primarily involves improving sales processes in various projects. In coordination with her colleagues from the CRM team, Paula considers which projects need to be prioritized and where capacities are most urgently needed. In addition to these tasks, Paula is also responsible for numerous other activities. What she particularly appreciates is the incredible versatility in her daily work.

A large company like ebm-papst, which is constantly optimizing itself and undergoing change, naturally offers the individual employee many development opportunities.

However, Paula's energy and motivation for the next step is relentless. Her team is currently being supported by colleagues from abroad. This allows projects to be completed faster and more efficiently. In this way, ebm‑papst combines capacities from different countries and constantly offers new opportunities for employees worldwide. Paula takes a positive view of this: “There is a lot of learning potential in contact with other cultures, because different people work differently. Through the exchange, there is always an optimization of working methods and processes. We all benefit from this!"

After a long time at ebm‑papst, Paula has built up a valuable network. The collegial communication makes many of the work steps easier and the processes faster.

In her free time, Paula is involved in a charity store "Weltladen" and supports global aid projects. Paula also puts her professional skills to good use in her charitable work. With her experience in sales, marketing and social media, she advises the other volunteers so that the store's profile grows, processes are improved and the profits end up faster exactly where they have the greatest impact.

Paula's career has been shaped by numerous stations. Her forward driving spirit has successfully brought her exactly where she is today. Paula has also settled into her private life: She has a house with her husband Marcel, and they have started a family – making a new home far away from home. Professionally, however, Paula is far from thinking about standing still. She wants to continue to evolve in the future and is grateful to have found in ebm‑papst an employer that supports her on this path and always offers new opportunities.
