For our first-class motors and transmissions, we need a wide variety of components, such as gears, made from raw materials such as metal. In your apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), we will show you how you can produce them using machining processes on our automated CNC machines. Existing technical drawings serve as a template for creating or modifying CNC machine programs. What's really exciting is the moment when you start the machining process on the machine. From then on, you will become an inspecting authority that keeps an eye on dimensions and surface quality. If something goes wrong, you determine the cause by means of suitable test procedures, intervene in a regulating manner and, as always, have everything under control.
