This is what you can expect:

In the dual study program "Bachelor of Arts: BLW-Technical Management" you will learn to move confidently at the interface between technical and business processes. You will gain knowledge in the fields of business administration and technology, as well as in-depth knowledge of technical management, which covers the entire product development process from innovation management to technical sales from both a business and technical perspective. Your specific tasks at ebm-papst include supporting our Market Intelligence team in carrying out market and competitor analyses, working in the area of product portfolio, product management and product lifecycle management, as well as creating production plans and controlling production orders.

Duration

3 years

During your three-year dual study program, you will switch back and forth between the university and ebm-papst every three months.

Training location

St. Georgen

Your practical training will take you to our location in St. Georgen for three months per semester.

University location

Villingen-Schwenningen

You will study at the DHBW Villingen-Schwenningen, where you will also get to know the students of other partner companies.

After your training:

After successfully completing your B.A. studies, you will have the opportunity to follow up with a Master's degree program.
