Tasks
This is what you can expect:

In your dual bachelor's degree programme "Industrial Engineering – International Technical Sales Management", you will combine engineering and business know-how, always with a view to the successful distribution of our climate-friendly innovations. You will develop marketing strategies for technical products, taking into account global differences. With the support of your experienced teammates, you will take your first independent steps in the sale of our ventilation systems, but also in customer advice and support. An important task is to build negotiation skills that will enable you to bring about complex international business deals. You will learn how to plan and implement sales projects, such as market launches. To do this, you will coordinate our teams and resources.

Duration

3 years

During your three-year dual study program, you will switch back and forth between the university and ebm-papst every three months.

Training location

Mulfingen, St. Georgen

You will complete your practical training at one of these two locations. As part of the practical part, you will also have the opportunity to work abroad.

University location

Bad Mergentheim, Mannheim/Stuttgart

You are studying at the DHBW in Bad Mergentheim when your practical part takes place at ebm-papst in Mulfingen. You can go to the DHBW Mannheim or Stuttgart if you complete your practical training in St. Georgen.

After your training:

After successfully completing your B.Eng. studies, you have the opportunity to follow up with a Master's degree program.
