What you can expect:

In your dual Bachelor's degree program “Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on Innovation and Product Management”, you will acquire advanced technical and economic specialist knowledge for your future and help us to lead ventilation technology into a new era. Even during your studies, you will be fully involved in our innovation processes and can apply your newly acquired ideas and skills. The opportunity to do this is generally available to you in all areas of the company that require interdisciplinary skills. This includes, for example, product management, project management, marketing or quality management.

Overall, the Innovation and Product Management specialization offers you very good career prospects. It allows you to work in the dynamic areas of the company - where committed talents like you are urgently needed.

Duration

3 years

During your three-year dual study program, you will switch back and forth between the university and ebm‑papst every three months.

Training location

Mulfingen

Your practical training will take you to our headquarters in Mulfingen. As part of the practical part, you will have the opportunity to work abroad.

University location

Bad Mergentheim

You will study at the DHBW in Bad Mergentheim, where you will have the opportunity to spend a semester abroad at one of our partner universities if you perform well.

After successfully completing your B. Eng. degree, you have the opportunity to follow a Master's degree program.
